These katmi are made with a special whey dough, which gives a unique taste and texture that you are sure to love.

To quench our thirst, we will prepare refreshing ayran from homemade fermented milk. This traditional drink is not only delicious, but also extremely refreshing, ideal for enjoying amidst the beautiful surroundings of the village.

Dessert will be a delicious yogurt made using our own homemade yogurt, sweetened with a sumptuous homemade jam of figs, cherries or other fruits depending on the season. Every bite is a feast for the senses, the perfect ending to your culinary adventure.

After eating, we will embark on an unforgettable journey through the region, fully immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature and the intoxicating aroma of the oil-bearing rose, which is named after the village itself – Rosa Damascena. The scientific name of the rose derives from its journey from India through Persia, Syria and Turkey before finding its permanent home in our lands.

During our tour, we will visit several notable sites, including the Sun Gate, a megalith once used to measure time. This ancient monument stands as a testament to human ingenuity and our connection to nature.

We will also admire the Straight Stones, another megalithic site, showing the skills of ancient builders and their understanding of balance and stability.
