& City Gastronomic Tour with Dinner
In this special offer, we have also included a culinary tour of Thessaloniki to immerse you in the authentic city culture and its unique gastronomic scene. In the company of the experienced local gastronomic guide Akis, you and your people will spend three and a half hours discovering the tastes, aromas and stories that make the city so beloved. You will start with a visit to an old bakery – a true hidden treasure, preserved for three generations, where you will taste koulouri (sesame bagels) and bougatsa (trigons of puff pastry with a sweet cream or cheese filling), prepared according to traditional recipes. Then you will walk along the picturesque seaside promenade to feel the rhythm of the port, and you will immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the open-air farmers' market. Through narrow streets steeped in history, you will reach the colorful Kapani district – a maze of shops, restaurants and stalls, where you will sample delicacies such as dolmades (curds with vine leaves) and tzatziki for dinner, made with locally sourced produce. All the while, Akis will share interesting facts, culinary secrets and personal stories that will make you feel like you are part of Thessaloniki life.
