That's why I look for not just raw materials, but stories – Bulgarian roses from Kazanlak, lavender from Chirpan, raspberries from the Western Rhodopes and hazelnuts from the Stara Planina. Every taste has its place and origin, and we are just the storytellers who wrap it in chocolate.
