Karyana is one of the best boutique goat farms in Bulgaria. It produces cheeses from raw, unpasteurized milk, which means that the freshly milked milk is immediately used to make cheeses – most often using Italian technology – ricotta, caciota and gruyere.

Karyana Goat Farm is open to visitors from April to November.
