The hotel is a natural extension of a strong authorial idea, born from a passion for taste. On site you will find one of the most interesting craft beer scenes in Bulgaria – „Rombus“. Started as a home brewery, today it offers bold and memorable beers – unfiltered, unpasteurized, with unexpected ingredients such as chili peppers, flowers or even Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

The bar always offers a selection of styles – from crisp IPAs and classic pilsners to full-bodied porters and wheat beers with character.

And after the beer comes the food. A small, seasonal menu: homemade sausage, black pudding, meatballs, and slow-smoked meats cooked in a Texas smoker. Everything is based on local produce, family recipes, and attention to detail.

Breakfast at the hotel is included – another small gesture that makes the stay more complete. And if you're traveling with your pet – they're welcome too.
