And now for the most delicious part: we'll roll up our sleeves by the old stone oven to prepare a traditional village banitsa together. We'll tell you the intricacies of the dough, the aroma of homemade butter and the tricks for the crispiest crusts. Then we'll bake it over a real fire - just like our grandmothers did.
