Welcome to the heart of the village of Razdavica to immerse yourself in the magic of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and get acquainted with the recipes that are passed down from generation to generation.

Our gastronomic experience begins in the old oven, where you will learn the secrets of making Raždavički kachamak. Under the guidance of the hostess, Grandma Rozi, we will roll up our sleeves and start making kachamak from corn flour, which we will combine with lard, pork chops and crumbled cheese. We will enjoy every step, feeling how traditions come to life in our hands.

Along with the kachamak, we will also prepare soft baked potatoes, which we will bake over wood in our authentic oven. The aroma of the potatoes, warmed by the fire, will complement the taste of the dish and create a true feast for the senses.

Once everything is ready, we will sit down at a traditional village table to enjoy what has been prepared, or if you prefer, we will pack it for you to take home and keep a part of this delicious memory.

For those who do not consume meat, we also offer a vegetarian version of kachamak, prepared without fat and pork fritters, but no less delicious.

Don't miss out on trying our homemade rakia, which will add even more authenticity to your experience.

Come to feel the true taste of Razdavitsa and experience the traditions of a Bulgarian village.
